We automate this as much as possible but you will be able to override options:

• Type of outreach: You have 3 choices, pitch journalists, outreach to land niche edits/brand mentions, or cold sales outreach.
• Initial setup: Enter your URL/anchors, keywords/topics and number of prospects, everything runs on auto-pilot from there.
• Finding prospects: Our AI-fueled software will expand your list of keywords to ensure we can find enough prospects.
• Prospect filtering: You will be able to filter prospects based on bulk traffic estimations by DataForSEO.
• Unlimited campaigns: You can use this for as many websites or pages you want, the only minimum is 500 prospects/campaign.
• Prospect data: We built our own custom hybrid scraper that pulls emails, contact forms, first names, industries and locations.
• Scheduling emails: Default settings will be applied to all campaigns, which is 25 emails per per day per email address.
• The message: We auto generate it based on the type of outreach you chose. You can override this using our placeholders.
• AI personalization: You will have a few options how personalized you want it to be and what to include.
• Importing replies: Every reply will be imported and filtered before we present it to you in a neat overview.
• Website evaluation: When a valid reply comes in our site evaluation script kicks in and scores the candidate from 0-10.

To ensure the highest delivery rates we send out 25 emails per day per account. To send out 5,000 emails per month from Monday-Friday you'd need 10 email addresses (10 inboxes *25 emails * 21.7 days = 5,000+ emails), ideally spread over at least two domains.
